Kosha, a Sanskrit word meaning ‘sheath’ or ‘covering’, describes those elements of being which must be explored, welcomed, balanced and ultimately transcended in order to experience our true self.
Each week, we will explore the Koshas on and off the mat. This 5-week C2 practice will focus on sensing and uncovering each of these 5 sheaths from which to journey to our innermost being.
